The writ petition is disposed of vide order dated 10.2.2015 directing the respondent No.1 to pay salary as laid down in the said order. Learned counsel submits that the respondents be directed to pay the same within a stipulated period.

Considering the aforesaid aspects of the matter, respondents shall pay the amount as directed vide order dated 10.2.2015 in writ petition No. 2218 of 2014, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today.
