The learned counsel for the respondent raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Central Administrative Tribunal.

In light of that, though, Mr. Nagarkar, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought to canvass submissions on merit, we are not inclined to consider the same. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
