We have heard Mr Choudhari, the learned advocate for the petitioner. Mr Desale, the learned advocate for the respondent no.2 submits that, the proposal for reinstatement / enquiry of the petitioner is pending with the CEO. The CEO would take decision upon it.

As it is submitted by the learned advocate for the respondent no.2 that, the proposal for reinstatement of the petitioner is pending with the CEO, the CEO (respondent no.2) shall take decision upon it within three weeks from today.

The respondent no.2 shall also consider the GR dated 09.07.2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
