This is an application for permitting the applicants to amend the Criminal Application no.480 of 2021. Learned counsel for the applicants states that, during pendency of the Criminal Application No.480 of 2021, the charge-sheet is filed and, therefore, it is necessary to add certain grounds, annex the charge-sheet and amend the prayers. It is also necessary to add the informant as party respondent no.2. 2.

Considering all aspects, these amendments are necessary. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to carry out the amendment to that extent. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Application is disposed off.
