Present application has been filed for withdrawal of the amount. It is stated that, as per order of this Court, amount of Rs.33,62,966/- has been deposited.

Applicant No.6 is stated to be the second wife of deceased. She cannot be allowed to withdraw any amount at this stage. Under the circumstance that the sole earning member of the family has expired, for the survival of the applicants, applicants No.1 to 5, 7 and 8 are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.2,00,000/- each, upon giving undertaking on or before 12-07-2019 that they will make good the said amount if directed at the time of final disposal of the first appeal.
