Heard Mr. Khande, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Advocate appearing for respondent no.1 and Mr. Patil, learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.2 to 5.

Mr. Khande, learned Advocate after arguing for some time makes submission that the proceeding pending before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Aurangabad (for short 'M.R.T., Aurangabad') needs expeditious disposal considering the controversy involved in the matter. He would also try to contend that the pendency of the proceeding before the M.R.T., Aurangabad may create further complication, therefore, directions be given for expeditious disposal, instead of entering into the merits of the matter.

Mr. Dhorde, learned Senior Advocate has no objection, if the proceeding pending before the M.R.T., Aurangabad is expedited.

Considering the submissions advanced, without going into the merits of the matter and keeping all contentions open, Writ Petition stands disposed of with direction to M.R.T., Aurangabad to dispose of the Revision Application itself within a period of three months from today. Parties shall co-operate for early disposal of the Revision Application.
