Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 2.

By way of instant criminal application, the applicant seeks quashment of order dated 26.5.2012 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. Pachora, thereby granting bail to respondent No.2 in connection with F.I.R. No. 64 of 2012 registered with Pachora police station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 r.w. 34 of I.P.C. 3.

It appears that the learned Magistrate had obtained say of investigating officer and after hearing the counsel for the applicant has passed the order granting bail to respondent No.2 by imposing certain conditions. The impugned order came to be passed as back as in the

cran2921.12 -2year 2012. Respondent No.2 was directed to attend the concerned police station for assistance to the investigating Officer in the investigation of the said crime on every Monday till 30.6.2012. 4.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that on completion of investigation, the investigating agency has submitted the charge sheet against respondent No.2 and other persons on 18.7.2012 itself. In the light of above circumstances, the instant application, challenging the order granting bail to respondent No.2, looses its significance. Hence, the following order:-
