By the present application the acquiring body prayed for stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and award dated 01.07.2009 passed by the learned District Judge-2, Ambajogai in LAR No.59/2002. The effect and operation of the judgment and award is stayed subject to payment of entire amount of compensation before this Court within a period of 8 weeks from today, if it is not already deposited.
