Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned APP.

The papers of investigation are perused. The injury certificate is also perused. It is noted that simple hurt was caused to the Informant. Though this is not the stage to consider and decide as to whether, the offence under Section 326 of the Indian Penal Code is actually made out or not, but considering the facts that the offences are triable by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, the Applicant has been arrested on 12.05.2017 and the investigation is almost complete, I am inclined to grant bail to the Applicant. Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

*2* 936.cr.appln.2574.17.bail (a) The Applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount on the condition that he shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
