The applicants herein are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which admittedly deposited by the State Acquiring Body. This Court vide order dated 19.10.2022 has already permitted the applicants to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount, As such, same order will follow.

The applicants have permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount, along with accrued interest thereon till date, by furnishing usual undertaking before Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The applicants are also permitted further to withdraw 20% of the

10ca10257.22 deposited amount on furnishing solvent security/surety. The remaining amount be invested in any nationalized Bank in FDR on yearly renewal basis till final disposal of this appeal. Application is accordingly disposed of.
