Heard learned counsel for the applicant-insurer and learned counsel for the respondents.

The applicant-insurer has deposited the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon in terms of judgment and award dated 08-01-2019, passed by the MACT, Nandurbar in MACP N.70/2015.

By a separate order in civil application No. 13853/2019 the respondents/claimants are permitted to withdraw the 50% of the said amount.

Thus, it would be expedient to stay the execution and

(2) ca8043.19 operation of the impugned judgment and award till final disposal of this appeal. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

i.

The execution and operation of the judgment and award dated 08-01-2019, passed by the MACT, Nandurbar in MACP N.70/2015 stands stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

ii.

The application stands disposed of.
