Heard. For the reasons stated in criminal application No. 1858 of 2020, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of.

In so far as bail application No. 1071 of 2020 is concerned, learned counsel for the applicant submits that during pendency of this bail application, the learned Sessions Judge, Dhule has released co-accused Vilas Hiraman Suryawnashi on bail in connection with the present crime by order dated 19.10.2020 below Exh.39 in Sessions Case No. 21 of 2019.

In view of above, learned counsel for the applicant in bail application, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to the applicant to file application for regular bail before

Leave granted. The application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application for regular bail before the Sessions Court in view of release of co-accused Vilas Hiraman Suryanwashi on bail in connection with the present crime by the learned Sessions Judge, Dhule.
