This Court by an order dated 27th June, 2018, directed respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer, Nanded, to personally remain present before us and to explain as to why appropriate action shall not be taken against him for refusing to adhere to the directions issued by this Court in several judgments.

The concerned Sub Divisional Officer has caused appearance before us today and has tendered an affidavit stating therein that the tribe certificate, as requested by the petitioner in both the petitions is issued to them. The Sub Divisional Officer has also tendered unconditional apology for the inaction on his part.

Unconditionally apology tendered by respondent no.3-Sub Divisional Officer is accepted.

Since, the petitioners have been issued the tribe certificate, as requested by them, the grievance raised by the petitioners in the instant petitions stand redressed.

Both writ petitions are disposed of.
