These Petitions take exception to the order passed by the Additional Collector in terms of Section 10(1-a) of Bombay Village Panchayat Act, 1958, thereby disqualifying the Petitioners on the ground of non-submission of caste validity certificate within stipulated period.
2.
Apparently, the Writ Petitions pertain to the election of Petitioners as a Member of Gram Panchayat in the year 2013-2014. The term of such election has expired. Hence, the prayers in the Petitions have become infrctuous by passage of time. 3.
