By order dated 07.12.2018 it was directed that service rendered by the petitioner on daily wages from 01.01.1981 till the date the petitioner is regularised shall be counted half for the purpose of pensionary benefits.

Learned advocate for respondents No. 3 to 5 submits that pension is released to the petitioner.

Learned advocate for the petitioner makes a grievance that gratuity and leave encashment are yet not released so also counting of Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 13-CP-378-2019 service of petitioner is not yet done by the respondents. 4.

Respondents No. 2 to 5 shall prepare the proposal for release of these amounts to the petitioner and forward it to respondent No. 1 within six weeks from today. Respondent No. 1 shall take decision on the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of the same.

With these directions, contempt petition is disposed of. 6.
