PER COURT :- 1) The report received from MIDC Police Station, Jalgaon reveals that the appellant has expired. Death Certificate obtained from the Jalgaon city Municipal Corporation is also annexed with the said report, which demonstrates that appellant - Ravindra Devram Mahajan died on 10th September, 2016.

2) On the previous date, learned APP has sought time so as to ascertain correctness of the fact reported by MIDC Police Station. The learned APP has now prayed for passing appropriate orders since no contrary information is received.

3) In view of the fact that the appellant has expired, the appeal stands abated and stands disposed of as such.
