Mr. Vibhute, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to professional course. The caste validation proceeding is pending since December 2019.

We have heard the learned AGP for Respondents. 3.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission to professional course, the respondent No. 2 - committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings on its own merits as early as possible, preferably by 20th October, 2020. The
