The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the proposal seeking regularization of the encroachment of the petitioner on the writ land is forwarded by the Sub-Divisional Officer to the Collector, Beed (Exh. H), however, no decision as yet has been taken on it.

In case the proposal seeking regularization of the encroachment of the petitioner on the writ land (Exh. H) is pending
