Dated: JULY 11, 2016 The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has tendered across the Bar copies of two orders dated 5th July, 2016 issued by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad Jalgaon. The same are taken on record and marked as `X', for identification.

In the light of the contents of the said letters, the learned counsel

5866.16WP appearing for the petitioner submits that ends of justice would be met in case the Respondents are directed to extend the benefits of special due allowance and pensionary benefits within stipulated period.

The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that the Respondent - Zilla Parishad will take necessary steps and ensure that the petitioner is paid the said benefits within eight weeks from today.

In view of the above, the Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
