It is not in dispute that out of six matters, in three matters filed by appellant delay is condoned. In the present matters applicant has deposited entire amount, which is withdrawn by claimants. In that view of the matter and considering the averments made in the civil applications, civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 2.
