By the present petition, the Petitioner challenges the interlocutory order dated 14.05.2019 passed below Exh.39 and 41 by the learned JMFC, Ahmednagar in RCC No.233/2016, however, after checking the status of RCC No.233/2016 from the website of the Court it appears that the said matter is disposed of finally on 14.05.2019.
