It appears that the petitioner is seeking directions against respondent Nos. 1 to 6 for taking criminal action against a total of 46 persons. However, the learned APP points out that, in the present matter, a complaint has already been filed and, after investigation, a charge sheet has also been submitted. In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present petition. The petitioner is at liberty to avail of such remedies as are permissible in law. The petition stands disposed of.
