PER COURT :- An application, tendered by the petitioner, for making correction in respect his caste, in the school record, has been forwarded to the Education Officer, by Primary School, on 2.1.2012 and the said proposal is stated to be pending, for consideration of the Education Officer - Primary, Zillha Parishad, Beed. Learned counsel Mr. More, appearing for respondent No.2, states on instructions that, appropriate decision would be taken, on the proposal, pending with respondent No.2, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 8 weeks from today. In view of the statement made, the grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, stands redressed. Writ petition is disposed of.
