This is an Application for condonation of 913 days delay in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 16.06.2017 passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Bhoom, Dist. Osmanabad in L.A.R. No.296 of 2014. 2.

The Applicant is the Acquiring Body. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that sufficient reasons are shown in the Application due to which the Appeal could not be filed within the prescribed period. He submits that the delay be condoned and the Appeal can be heard on merits.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent submits that appropriate order be passed.

After hearing both sides and going through the Application, for the reasons stated in the Application in Paragraph Nos.2 and 3 the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a' subject to deposit of costs of Rs.500/- by the Applicants with the Bar Association of the learned Reference Court.
