WP 5891.2016.odt own merits, as expeditiously as possible, within 12 (twelve) weeks from today, if already not decided. Petition stands disposed of in above terms.

Needless to observe that, in case, decision of respondent no.2 goes adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the said decision by way of filing appropriate proceedings as available in law.
