The respondent No.2/ informant is present before this Court. She gives express consent to allow this petition. The victim, husband of the respondent No.2 was not injured. With a view to give peace a chance, the petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (F), subject to deposit of amount of costs of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) by the petitioners with the Library of Bar Association, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad within a period of one week from today.
