This petition can be disposed of in view of settlement arrived at between petitioner and respondent no. 4 i.e. Tata AIG General Insurance Company.

Petitioner as well as the authorised officer of respondent no. 4 are present in the Court. The terms of settlement are placed on record. Those are duly signed by petitioner as well as representative of respondent no. 4. Petitioner admits correctness of the terms of compromise. Those are stated to have been explained to her by her counsel. Petitioner has lodged claim

{2} wp7165.16.odt against respondent no. 4 for sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- together with interest under Farmers' Personal Accident Insurance Scheme. Respondent no. 4 has agreed to pay sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the petitioner towards full and final settlement of the claim. Respondent no. 4 undertakes to deposit the amount in the account of petitioner within four weeks from today. Petitioner also assures not to claim any further sum apart from the amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- which respondent no. 4 undertakes to pay. In view of the settlement reached between the parties, writ petition stands disposed of.
