The proposal submitted by the petitioner through proper channel seeking compensation of Rs. 1,00,000/- under the Agricultural Farmers Accident Insurance Policy is pending with the Insurance Company.

Mr. Rathi, learned counsel for the Insurance Company submits that, the documents as detailed in the letter dated 16.10.2014 (Exhibit-G) are not accompanied with the proposal. The learned counsel submits that on receipt of the said documents the Insurance company would decide the said proposal.

The proposal is to be routed through Taluka Agricultural Officer and District Superintendent Agricultural Officer. The petitioner had filed the proposal with the Taluka Krushi Adhikari.

Mr. Patil, learned A. G. P. states that the Taluka Agricultural Officer had forwarded the said proposal to District Superintendent Agricultural Officer who in turn had forwarded to the Insurance Company.

Mr. Mayure, learned counsel submits that all the documents as detailed in the letter of the Insurance Company were submitted by the petitioner.

We need not enter into the debate as to whether these documents were submitted. The petitioner may get the certified copies of the public documents as detailed in the said letter dated 16.10.2014.

The Authorities i.e. the Tahsildar / Talathi and / or the Authorities who are competent to issue the documents as detailed in the said letter shall issue the certified copies of the said documents to the petitioner. On receipt of the said certified copies the petitioner shall submit the said documents with the Insurance Company and Insurance Company shall thereafter decide the proposal on its own merits. The Authorities shall
3 wp 6519.16 issue the said documents expeditiously to the petitioner and preferably within 15 days from the date of receipt of the application from the petitioner.
