ORDER :- 1.

The motion is moved for "Speaking to Minute" of order dated 11-10-2019 passed in Income Tax Appeal No. 21 of 2015. According to learned counsel, the ITA has been disposed off, but the number of matter is inadvertently mentioned as "ITA No. 21 of 2014" instead same ought to be "ITA No. 21 of 2015". The same is required to be corrected.

In view of aforesaid fact, the number "ITA No. 21 of 2015" be substituted in place of "ITA No. 21 of 2014" in the said order. 3.

Necessary correction be carried out.

Corrected writ be issued accordingly.

The motion stands disposed of accordingly.
