This Court has passed an order on 20th June, 2022 allowing the applicant to enter the Latur District for the purpose of University examination. However, on the same day, in the evening, it was informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the examination was postponed. Hence, the order granting leave to the applicant to enter Latur District was kept in abeyance.

Now, the learned counsel for the applicant has produced the time-table and would submit that the applicant has to appear for examination tomorrow i.e. 28.06.2022 at 9.30 a.m. It has been received by him today morning. The applicant has to appear for various subject examination from 28.06.2022 to 06.07.2022. Hence, the earlier order is restored and the applicant is allowed to enter the Latur District for the University examination from 27.06.2022. till 06.07.2022. The applicant shall not misuse the opportunity granted to her.
