Heard learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant is claiming condonation of delay of 198 days which appears to be caused due to his financial crisis. The respondents though served, but remained absent. Thus, the delay of 198 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid delay period and also for delay in circulating the matter belatedly.
