Heard the learned counsel for applicants, the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1. For the reasons stated in applications, the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned. The proposed legal heirs of deceased appellants are allowed to be brought on record in first appeals. The civil applications are disposed of.
