We have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. He submits that appeal is pending before the appellate authority against order passed by the Collector of allocating 25% shares to Respondent No.3. Respondent No.3 has now initiated proceeding before the Collector to transfer her share to Respondent No.4. The petitioners have raised objection before the Collector. He requests that till the appeal is pending, proceeding before the Collector be stayed.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the Collector had issued notice to the petitioners and now next date for hearing is on 28th September, 2020. Learned A.G.P. submits that the Collector would consider 1 / 2

911-WP-6511-20.odt the objection filed by the petitioners on its own merits. The petitioner can appear before the Collector on 28th September, 2020. The Collector would decide the proceeding within four weeks.
