According to the learned Counsel for petitioners, execution proceedings are pending. Reference under Section 18 has been allowed. Even warrant has been issued, but the amount has not been deposited.

{2} wp660519.odt Petitioners shall file an application before the executing court for deciding the execution proceedings expeditiously. The learned Judge, before whom execution proceedings are pending, shall endeavour to decide the execution proceedings expeditiously and take effective steps in getting the award executed, in case there are no prohibitory orders by the appellate court. If the execution is not fructified within reasonable time, liberty to the petitioners to approach afresh.

Both the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly. No costs.
