PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner assails the order of Education Officer dated 25.09.2017 rejecting the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Peon.

The other Peons whose proposals were also rejected had filed writ petition nos.15179 of 2017, 15265 of 2017 and 15278 of 2017. This Court under order dated 06.12.2018 set aside the order of the Education Officer and directed to decide the proposal afresh.

Only on the ground of parity, as in case of other persons, under the said order the order is set aside and the matter is referred to the

(2) 38-wp-6209-2018 Education Officer. We set aside the impugned order and direct the Education Officer to decide it afresh.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
