This petition is for extension of emergency parole. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that today i.e. 24.06.2022 is the last date, on which Petitioner was to surrender before the Jail Authorities. He is seeking extension because his father has to undergo surgery for Catract.

Learned APP strongly opposed this petition. He produced a communication from the Jail Superintendent, Aurangabad Central Prison, wherein, it is mentioned that the last date for surrendering, was

t appear to be correct in view of the letter dated 24.06.2022 given by the Jail Authorities. A copy of letter is taken on record.

In view thereof, no relief can be granted to the Petitioner. Petition is dismissed.
