The learned AGP submits on instructions from the Scrutiny Committee that the vigilance enquiry report in the case of the petitioner has been received and copy has already been served upon him. If he cooperates, his pending claim can be adjudicated within six weeks.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that being a minor, he would wholeheartedly cooperate with the Committee through his biological father.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with the following directions:- a] The petitioner/father would appear before the Committee on 25-07-2022 at 12.00 noon alongwith his response in writing to the Vigilance Cell report.

b] Hearing in the matter can be concluded by the Committee, on or before 30-07-2022.

c] The Committee shall deliver it's final order, on or before 30-08-2022.
