The application is filed for permission to withdraw the amount which was deposited by the revision petitioner in Civil Revision Application No. 3/2005. By the order dated 14.3.2005, this Court had directed the present applicant, petitioner to deposit the amount of Rs. 2,63,700/- for getting interim relief. The learned counsel for applicant submitted that the parties subsequently compromised the matter and amount of Rs.2,00,000/- was paid to the tenant and so, there are no dues towards landlord. Notice of the application is duly served to the respondents. But, nobody has turned up for respondents. 2.

In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Office to pay the amount deposited by the present applicant to him. In those terms the application is disposed of. [ T.V. NALAWADE, J. ] ssc/
