DATE : 8th APRIL, 2021 PER COURT :- This is an application filed by the applicant for grant of stay to the effect that the operation and implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar, dated 30-07-2019 in MACP No. 272 of 2017.

The learned counsel for the applicant states that, within a period of six weeks from today the decreetal amount under Award will be deposited in this court. In view of that, he prays for grant of stay. He further submits that since order granting stay on condition to deposit the amount is innocuous order, service of notice is not warranted in this matter. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and in view of undertaking given by the learned counsel for the applicant to deposit the entire decreetal amount in this Court, stay is granted to the operation and implementation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ahmednagar, dated 30-07-2019 in MACP No. 272 of 2017, on condition as referred above.
