Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The allegations against the applicant are restricted to abusing the injured. The other co-accused who have played active role are behind the bars. Considering the role played by the applicant, this Court is of the view that the interim protection granted to the applicant is liable to be confirmed. Hence, the order:- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 30.6.2022 is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. (S. G. MEHARE, J.) amj
