Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has to submit the validity certificate latest by 27th June, 2018. The petitioner is seeking admission to the engineering course. The learned counsel submits that the real brother of the grand father of the petitioner has been issued with the validity certificate and the cousin of the father of the petitioner is also issued the validity certificate. The learned counsel submits that the father's tribe claim is also pending with the committee for

2 wp 5915.18 validation. In the said case, the vigilance has been conducted and the vigilance report is also received. The said vigilance report can be considered while considering the claim of the petitioner.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P.

As per the schedule declared by respondent no. 1, last date for submission of validity certificate is 27th June, 2018. Considering the exigency and also that the vigilance is also conducted in the pending tribe claim of the father of the petitioner the respondent - committee shall decide the validation proceedings latest by 26th June, 2018. It may consider the vigilance report received in case of the father of the petitioner and may also consider the validity certificates relied by the petitioner on its own merits.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
