The learned counsel for the appellant tenders on record a common judgment and award passed by this Court on 2.05.2025 in First Appeal No. 1459/2020 with connected appeals, allowing the appeals of the original claimants and dismissed substantially the appeals of the respondentacquiring body. It is contended that on the ground of parity, present appeal deserves to be allowed.

The learned counsel for the respondent seeks time to verify and to take instructions from his client.
