The petition is filed against the order of reversion. 2.

Mr. Chate, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

In view of the above, Mr. Tawshikar, the learned counsel on instructions of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the Commissioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy of appeal. All contentions are kept open. The petitioner may file an application for interim stay, which would be considered by the Commissioner on its own merits expeditiously. No costs.
