Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel, submits that after filing of the petition, Respondent No.2 has de-sealed the unit. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed an application for renewal of registration of the unit with Respondent No.2 on 19th October, 2018 and no decision thereon is taken so far by the respondent. 2.

Mr.Bondar, learned counsel, appearing for Respondent No.2 concedes this fact.

In case the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of the registration (page 11 of the petition) is pending with Respondent No.2, Respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it, on its

(2) own merits, preferably within four weeks.

The petitioner may comply with the deficiencies, if any.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
