Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State. Perused statements of the witnesses including the complainant. The prosecution has collected sufficient material for trial. Prima facie, it appears that harassment caused by the applicants to the husband of the complainant was such that, he committed suicide. In that view of the matter, in our opinion, no case is made out for quashing charge-sheet.
