This matter was heard for some time. The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submits on instructions that the Petitioner prays that his representation dated 09.06.2024 addressed to the Managing Director of the Respondent Company be looked into by the said authority and the representation of the Petitioner may be considered sympathetically.

The learned Advocate for the Respondent Company submits that he cannot make any statement on the representation and at the same time, cannot give any assurance.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. The pending representation of the Petitioner dated 09.06.2024, addressed to the Managing Director may
