We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned AGP on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3. Respondent No.4 is a formal party and is not the respondent in Appeal No.8/2011 filed by the petitioner, which is pending before respondent No.2/ Scrutiny Committee. 2.

We do not wish to go into the controversy as to whether, the petitioner cooperated or neglected her proceedings or whether, the Committee has no time to decide the proceedings. The petitioner agrees to appear before the Committee on

*2* 01.08.2022 at 12:00 noon.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions :- (a) The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2/ Committee on 01.08.2022 at 12:00 noon.

(b) Notices need not be issued by the Committee.

(c) The petitioner would abide by the dates of hearing as may be granted by the Committee and render wholehearted cooperation for an early disposal of the proceedings.

(d) The Committee shall decide the said proceedings by passing a final order on or before 30.09.2022 and shall not seek an extension.

(e) The petitioner shall refrain from seeking an adjournment before the Committee on any trivial or unreasonable ground.

(f) Since the petitioner has been working as an Assistant Teacher since 2011, respondent No.4 would not issue any adverse order against her for a period of 30 days beyond 30.09.2022, if no adverse order has been passed as on date.

*3* (g) A copy of this order shall be placed before respondent No.4, by the petitioner, within seven days after the order is uploaded.
