This is an application for modification of the order dated 15 December 2020 by which this Court had kept the impugned decree to the extent of restitution of conjugal rights, in abeyance. In so far as the maintenance amount is concerned, this Court has directed the same to be stayed subject to the deposit of entire amount of arrears by the returnable date.

We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. 3.

The learned Counsel for the respondent-husband (original appellant) states that the appellant shall deposit the entire arrears within a period of six weeks from today and shall continue to pay the monthly maintenance on or before 10th of each English calendar month.

The statement is accepted.

The Civil Application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent - husband (original appellant) to pay to the applicant - wife or deposit the entire arrears before this Court within six weeks from today. The respondent (original appellant ) shall continue to pay monthly maintenance on or before 10th of each English calendar month. It would be open to the respondent to credit the amount of monthly maintenance in the account of the applicant - wife for which the applicant shall furnish, the necessary bank details to the respondent.
