Heard learned counsel for the applicant. Perused the application. The condition not to enter the village is sought to be relaxed on the ground that the applicant is having agricultural land there and he is required to be there for agricultural operations.

In view of the above, the Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). However, the applicant shall attend the concerned police station twice a month i.e. on every first and third Sunday between 11.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon. The Criminal Application is disposed of. ( R. G.
