At this stage, Mr Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner orally prayed for amending the petition and submitted that, by typographical error the year is referred to as 2010, whereas it should have been 2019. Oral prayer is allowed. The amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Heard Mr Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is working as Jr. Stenographer with respondent no.4 college. A challenge is raised to the communication dated 03.05.2019 issued by respondent no.3 and also a direction is sought for to restore two additional increments to the petitioner and Gajanan

Mr. Deshpande by inviting our attention to the order passed by the Division Bench dated 06.06.2019 in bunch of petitions submitted that, the issue raised in the petition is squarely covered by the order dated 06.06.2019.

On perusal of the contentions of the petition, the documents placed on record and the order of the Division Bench dtd. 06.06.2019, we find merit in the submission of Mr. Deshpande. Accordingly we see no reason to take different view than the view adopted by the Division Bench of this Court in the order dated 06.06.2019. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. ( ANIL S.
